*Extra Charges:*
- Above Tariff covers upto 12 guests incl kids, day visitors & helpers. Infants upto 2 years are not chargeable and children above 2 years are included in guest count.
- For additional guests, the fee is Rs.1000/- per guest
- Pet is charged at 2000/- per night and requires prior approval from the host
*Security Deposit:*
Govt. issued ID & Rs.10,000/- to be deposited during check in and will be refunded during check out subject to no damages and no violations of house rules. Deposit subject to increase for larger groups.
*Note:*
- We are a self serve property and we don’t serve food. We have a fully functional kitchen with utensils and basic ingredients if you would like to cook. You can also order from nearby restaurants through Swiggy/Zomato
*Cancellation policy*
Refund with Cancellation Fee of Rs.2000/- provided the check in date is at least 30 days away.
There is no possibility of change of dates or refund for cancellation within 30 days of check in under any and all circumstances including medical emergencies or weather conditions.
